Position Overview
Join our dynamic team as the Lead for Enterprise Analytics Reporting, where you'll spearhead the creation, execution, and enhancement of comprehensive reporting solutions across the organization. This pivotal role involves strategic systems planning, project management, and robust systems support.
You will drive the development and optimization of enterprise-wide reporting solution, engage in business roadmap discussions, advising leaders on cutting-edge technology options and driving continuous process improvements. Manage and mentor the enterprise reporting team, providing both technical and functional leadership to foster a high-performing environment.

In this role, you will:
- Monitor and enhance reporting platform performance, swiftly troubleshoot issues, and enforce top-tier security measures to ensure confidentiality.
- Establish strong working relationships with direct reports and company leadership and partner with other business teams.
- Develop and improve enterprise reporting frameworks, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Lead project management and system sustainment to ensure solutions exceed business expectations.
- Lead the charge in developing and implementing cutting-edge enterprise reporting solutions.
What it takes:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent from a recognized accredited post-secondary
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in enterprise reporting, business intelligence, or data analytics, including experience in managing reporting teams
- PMP certification considered an asset.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and work with various groups.
- Strong working knowledge of data architecture, data modeling and multi-dimensional database design.
In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
