Position Overview

Thanks to your meticulous organization and your thorough eye for identifying improvements, you know how to keep infrastructure systems and processes running efficiently and safely. With your extensive background working in energy and industrial plants, we know you’ll be perfect as our next Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Maintenance Coordination Supervisor.


As part of our Operations department, you’ll oversee maintenance scheduling, develop and manage the implementation of maintenance plans, standards and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and performance of our LNG plant equipment while also coordinating with operational needs.

In year 1, you will:

  • Begin to learn our processes and connect with our culture.
  • Be able to effectively lead and support the planning, scheduling and coordination of all maintenance activities within our LNG operations. 
  • Provide and support maintenance strategies for the LNG plants and ownership of equipment key performance indicators. 

In year 2, you will:

  • Participate in the development and execution of a strategic business plan, capital plan and talent plan.
  • Make recommendations that will result in improvements to reliability, safety and maintenance systems. 
  • Take a leading role in developing updated and efficient strategies for technology migration within the context of continuous plant operations.

What it takes:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical, Electrical or Process Engineering or a Diploma in Technology in a related discipline from a recognized program.
  • Four to seven years in a plant environment, preferably oil and gas, or related experience in a leadership capacity or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Skilled at working with SAP Maintenance Software and the ability to build schedules. 
  • Working knowledge of maintenance principles including preventative, predictive, inspection, and corrective systems. 
  • Experience with supporting and planning maintenance task activates with the understanding of hazard assessments.
